Guiding Light College Consulting LLC - Full Brand & Web Design

My work with Clare, owner of Guiding Light College Consulting LLC, includes a full logo, brand, and web design. One of the main things that I am working into these designs are how Clare stands out from other educational consulting practices. Her experience and process set her apart in many ways and I want her brand and website to not only to be friendly, but to truly consider her target audience.

Clare has a masters in counseling and considerable experience working in college admissions (she is incredibly qualified and I so needed someone like her when I was picking colleges!). She also works with students through the whole process: touring colleges, applications, sending transcripts & test scores, college acceptance, selecting a college - all the way to selecting a dorm and classes!

Guiding Light is special because Clare works with students from all over the country, as well as a wide variety of students. Because of her masters in counseling, she is able to help students who have had mental health issues, have been hospitalized due to mental health, or attended therapeutic schools. She also works with students who learning disabilities and neurodivergence. Her deep understanding of the admissions process allows her to advocate for every student she works with and help them put their best foot forward.

These qualities are incredibly special and are what I aim to highlight for Guiding Light. In addition, I am creating a website that is accessible, trauma-informed, and engaging for those who have dyslexia or neurodivergence. This project is still very much in process, but I will be updating as I go! Stay tuned!
